These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of approvalforall.com (“the Site”), operated by Go 4 Dough (“ApprovalForAll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
ApprovalForAll is an affiliate-supported information website. We publish editorial content, reviews, and comparison guides about consumer financing options — including lease-to-own programs, store credit cards, personal loans, and credit-monitoring services — designed primarily for borrowers with non-prime credit profiles.
We are not a lender. We do not originate, service, fund, or approve any loan, lease, credit application, or financial product. We do not have access to your credit report, your bank account, or any application you submit through a partner’s site.
2. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation that you take any specific financial action. The Site does not consider your individual financial circumstances. 3. Affiliate Disclosure and Partner Relationships

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL APPROVALFORALL OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PARTNER SITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and ApprovalForAll regarding your use of the Site.
